I have just moved to Laurinburg less than a month ago. Mary Ann is my package deliverer. She has been very kind and accomodating. I told her when she and I first met to leave a notice instead of leaving the package if I am not home. I asked her to do that because I wasnt familiar with the neighborhood. Ive since become more comfortable in the neibghborhood and I called the post office to have a package re delivered. Mary Ann is not at fault for this mix up.I apologize for any confusion in this matter and have asked MaryAnn to leave all pacakages on the porch.

The women that works In there is not friendly, not helpful, and rude! She needs to go cook burgers or drop fries if she dont want to deal with people face to face.

I ordered 3 packages from Amazon that were supposed to be delivered but due to the rain I had to block my driveway. The mail person was apparently too lazy to park street side and walk my packages to the door. BTW the house sits approximately 50 ft from the road. I can't even call the local post office and complain because all USPS calls go through a 800 number.

Thtz a easy way to send my bills than walking or to asks some one to take me to pay my bills so,it does to know tht the post office is right in town.The staff's they have good personality and always there to help and talk with a kind and patient 😊🙏🙌 💯🙏 🙌💯 🙏 as well.

Returned important documents to sender. Very costly. Never answer the phone and goes to a fax machine after so many rings. If I moved I will put in a change form.

Staff friendly enough, but there is no kiosk to mail things outside of normal business hours, 9am -5pm.
