For the facility owner or manager. I reserved a truck, got there and no appliance dolly. My bad I didn’t put it in my reservation. Figured a Uhaul facility would have plenty of dolly’s. Called the person I’m picking up appliances from and rescheduled. Reserved a truck and dolly for the next day. Get there, no dolly. Called the guy and rescheduled again. Seems logical to have an extra or a back up dolly at the site. When people are renting a truck the dolly is equally important at times. You can do better and not jerk your customers around by not have essential equipment for moving. Hope you find this helpful to improve your operations. For now, this is a well deserved review. ~Adam
