I can't speak highly enough about the help and service Kim provided us when we purchased a beach home in Nags Head. Not only did she help us navigate all the intricate policy needs that go along with owning a home at the beach, but she provided us with exemplary service in dealing with a question of coverage needs that came from our lender. Over the course of 5+ months, Kim called and e-mailed someone at our bank repeatedly until the issue was resolved and the bank was satisfied with Kim's explanation of why we were sufficiently covered.
