I can't speak highly enough about the help and service Kim provided us when we purchased a beach home in Nags Head. Not only did she help us navigate all the intricate policy needs that go along with owning a home at the beach, but she provided us with exemplary service in dealing with a question of coverage needs that came from our lender. Over the course of 5+ months, Kim called and e-mailed someone at our bank repeatedly until the issue was resolved and the bank was satisfied with Kim's explanation of why we were sufficiently covered. I have been with State Farm for many years and I’ve always had great experiences. Today was by far the best experience I have had. I just recently moved to NC and my agent, Tiffany did an amazing job with explaining what my policy will look like. She called me and throughly explained everything and even stayed on the line with me 30 minutes after 5 PM—on a Friday, nonetheless. That is excellent customer service and care for your customers. Definitely recommend this office on the beach. The best one around!
