Heavy traffic, slow entry, need more directional signs, maps for the baseball park, especially in the parking decks

Been here several times, and have had repeatedly positive, knowledgeable and expedient service, in particular from Patrick. Happy customer.

This branch used to be very good. Now with their huge overreaction to the so-called pandemic, I’ve waited for 20 minutes at the drive-through to make a simple cash deposit. Either open the branch or hire more than one teller,. Five cars in line. Same one customer is apparently doing his annual banking run. Five cars in line. Same one customer is apparently doing his annual banking run. Basic understanding of customer service would mean that the manager would come to the drive-through and help.

A very nice branch to do your banking at. I recommend this location, as well as SunTrust in general. The tellers are professional and courteous, and management is ready to help you whenever. Cozy, calm environment inside. Nothing but good impressions...

A representative named Diego is very unprofessional and don’t think he has any sales experience or training. Always overstepping his boundaries instead of helping and having customer service along with solving issues. Never going back to this location due to lack of respect.

I went up there after losing my bank card; for I hadn't used Suntrust in over a year until I went to a different job and it became more convenient once again. I had deposited my payroll check the day before and requested a new card because I lost since it had been a long time. With no problem at the Bank Teller was very kind, treated the matter with professionalism, and was very informative during the entire transaction. But they day after I went to withdraw my ID was expired. Just my luck as it be. Luckily since she noticed it she alerted her management on staff and worked on verification. Now this is were most people would say that they get frustrated or mad that time out of their day was taken away. For me I didn't mind. Why? It's for our safety. Because they resolved the issue professionally, informed me on what I needed to do here on out, and informed me of everything they did. So I say this a great banking institution which is professionally trained, staffed, and courteous. I look forward to banking with this institution from here on out.

I closed on my home in Charlotte, NC in April of 2015. I made the mistake of getting a loan with escrow account through SunTrust Bank. In the fall of 2015, I discovered that there was property tax due on my property from between the years of 2011-2014 (before I owned the home) that my closing attorney did not catch. Once I discovered this, I immediately emailed James Raby (my mortgage consultant) who forwarded my email to one Jennifer Dorman stating: "Can you please contact our mortgage servicing department and explain this situation to someone in property tax escrow area. Hopefully, they can input something in the system to instruct SunTrust employees to NOT pay any tax bills for prior to 2015 on this property. Please reply to all." Ms Dorman responded: "I spoke with the SunTrust tax department. The tax bill was paid in full for the year 2015. They show in the system that the account is current and up to date. They have made notes in the system that no prior year bills are to be paid." At this point, I presumed the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, when Mr Raby requested that I examine the possibility of refinancing my mortgage a couple of weeks ago, he discovered that SunTrust went ahead and paid this bill, which was known to be contested, and advised me that my escrow account was now some $22560 net negative. I was never given notification. There was no discussion. I'm horrified at the dishonesty of this bank! They are crooks. Initially Mr Raby stated "It should be the responsibility of parties involved to fix this and report back to you. Now that I am aware of the situation, I will stay after it." He didn't stay after it, never followed up with me until I contacted him to inquire about the status of this issue, at which time I was basically told that its my problem to solve and I should get an attorney to solve this issue. WOULD NOT USE THIS BANK FOR ANY BANKING NEEDS.
