Our dog was seen through the internal medicine department. Everything from scheduling, to price, to what to expect at the visit was so well laid out and organized. There were no surprises since everything was so well explained before we even set foot in the door! Dr. Rank was the vet that worked with our dog and she explained everything in depth and was so kind and patient. Our dog had to go back for a biopsy procedure and Dr. Rank was her vet again and took such good care of her and called and kept us informed both before and after the procedure and the next day. I highly, highly recommend NC State Vet! They truly care about the animals in their care and everyone I encountered was so kind, professional, and helpful! ~Meaghan
