I arrived at 6:52 and the close at 7:00 and instead of turning me away (almost 1,000% sure anyone else would've) Michael Johnson seemed more than happy to help me!! He was very polite, kind, professional, and actually made the process fun. He has done my taxes several times and it's always be a pleasure dealing with him!! ~Amanda

I come to this H&R Block to file my taxes every year, and I come to Sofia everytime. She is not only the sweetest person, but bc she has such a great reputation, she tends to get booked up this time of year, but she always fits me in. ALWAYS!! She doesn't have to do that, but she does. I enjoy our conversations, and I hope she doesn't leave the company.
