PNC not like it used to be. Not personal at all. Make an appt, text a number, wait for a prompt, wait for an email...was told you could've called customer service". HA! I had and waited and waited for some one to answer and it never happened. Is it more important to steer away you customers of MANY years just because you are afraid to handle a minor task in real person? When you go in these banks, it's like walking into a funeral parlor. Even the tellers are non-professional. Everyone has become a number. Walking away a dollar at the time! ~A
