6 Best atm in Rocky Mount, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I have been dealing with Southern Bank in Rocky Mount ever since they came to Rocky Mount for my personal accounts. Recently, I moved my business accounts there as well. The folks at Southern Bank are the best. They make you feel like a friend when you go into the branch and offer top notch service. It's refreshing in this day and time to actually enjoy visits to the bank. ~William

PNC not like it used to be. Not personal at all. Make an appt, text a number, wait for a prompt, wait for an email...was told you could've called customer service". HA! I had and waited and waited for some one to answer and it never happened. Is it more important to steer away you customers of MANY years just because you are afraid to handle a minor task in real person? When you go in these banks, it's like walking into a funeral parlor. Even the tellers are non-professional. Everyone has become a number. Walking away a dollar at the time! ~A

Not BP. Many former BP outlets at Circle K stores have changed to Circle K branded gas. ~Gary

For this store to be located right off of I 95 you would think that the staff there would show off a little more of Southern hospitality but no what you get is attitude, personal conversation between the two Lineva and the other lady. ~Tawanda

I’m not sure what they have going on inside but I have been sitting in the drive through and sent my info over and been sitting here for 20 min just for a with draw. Then before I can count my money and put it away someone has come back on the screen telling me to move out of the drive through. Super slow service and very disappointed. Very poor service. It’s time to look for another bank to bank with. Common courtesy and a smile I don’t think is much to ask for. ~Bo
