This is the only post office I've experienced that will not deliver mail that doesn't fit in your mailbox. They will not bring it to your porch, and they pretend there is "no secure location". Even if you fill out redelivery requests asking them to put it on your porch (which is an option on the form). This means your packages end up in limbo for a long time until finally being deemed undeliverable so you can get a refund and try to order a different model while praying to the Lord the next company uses UPS or FedEx.
