Best appliance store in Wallace, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Absolutely terrible buying experience! I was sold a lawn mower by the general manager of the store. When the mower was delivered the belt was lose and the tire rod was bent. When I asked for them to take it back and fix it apparently the manager did not want to help. When I spoke to the sales manager she said those mowers in the back were needing to get serviced before selling. The delivery guy told me the general manager did not want to speak to me and hung up. Very sketchy and fraudulent experience. She called me the next day saying they were going to fix it, I went back to the store the sales manager said the GM lied and was going to cancel my sell. Instead of trying to fix the issue she cancels my sell with out me knowing. My family and friends will not do business while that GM is there. Apparently to her co workers she is known for stuff like this. Truly sad ~Barry
