Best car repair in Wallace, North Carolina (NC) 2024

My wife & I had had car problems with 2 different cars while out of in Wallace, NC (we are from the Atlanta area). Exodo's took care of us on both vehicles and got us on the road back to Atlanta. He did a great job and was very reasonable on the price too. We are so thankful we went to Exodo's and the good service they provided. ~Paul

Highly disappointed!! My husband took a battery in to charge and was told will get a call back when it was done. Never got a call back so we went back the next day to see what the status was. We were told that there wasn’t a record of anyone leaving a battery, which was the first flag. So we left and went back when the next shift came in. The employee claimed he forgot to call us back and said the battery was no good. Well the battery that was brought out to us was not the battery my husband left with them the day before. Our battery was for a Chrysler 300 (which hold a Big battery) the battery that the employee was trying to give us was way smaller, it was dirty, and looked old. So therefore, someone took our battery and tried to replace it without us noticing. We went back and forth but there was no point. I guess he thought we were dumb so because of that we will no longer shop at O’reillys. Very unprofessional! ~Mabella
