Best mobile phone repair shop in Wilmington, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I'm so very disappointed in my experience at the Porter's Neck location. I have always received great service when this office was in Hampstead. After upgrading my Mother's phone online, who lives out of state, I like to do my business in person as much as possible. The young lady that waited on me, was not knowledgeable at all. She was stating the exact opposite of what US Cellular agent told me the prior evening on the phone.When I said no that's not correct she and her coworker started to speak in a different language. Then after 15-20 minutes I was told the credit card system was down, and had to pay cash, wish she would have stated that first. I work in a service position, I would never treat a customer the way I was treated and dismissed !! I have been with US Cellular for over a decade, and never had service like this. ~Tonya
