Best oil change service in Wilmington, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Yesterday, the starter in my car died very suddenly after I tried to get it tested at auto zone. I assumed that’s what the issue was but wanted to get it tested before I paid for a part I didn’t need. Almost every shop was closed or closing considering the fact that it was a little after 5pm. Mike was extremely helpful with getting me in before the store closed and had my car fitted with a new starter in no time. I am very happy with the service Firestone provided to me. Stopped in to get 4 new tires as well as 4 new hub assemblies for the work trailer, talked with Mike at the desk and he lined it all up and Eddie knocked it out of the park, we were back to work the next morning. Very friendly and an over all pleasant experience. Will be back in for the trucks brakes hopefully this week. ~J
