I went to get my car inspected for tags here and let me just say, they were wonderful. I had an issue and they helped me find a solution for it, they were very nice, the wait wasn’t as long as I inspected, and it was comfortable while I waited in the lobby. 10/10

My 86 year old grandmother has used this place for 12 years. She took her only vehicle in for an inspection and they called her and said the car needed $2,000 worth of work she said ok, one of those repairs was a Firestone tire. All that said her car is kept in mint condition she got the car back and it's not a Firestone tire and it's leaking power steering fluid so she called Joe and Mike and they were very rude so she called customer service and the GM called and he was very rude. neither of them would fix leak they caused.Car was fine when it was dropped off for inspection. we only asked that they would fix the leak we are in the process of starting a lawsuit against the company

Ok so this is the second time I've tried to save a 100 bucks by going to Firestone instead of the dealership Both times the brakes were not bled correctly and my brakes were spongy requiring a second visit to the shop. The first time in PA at least they were apologetic Here in Wilmington NC the service guy at the counter barely looked me in the eye and was rudely dismissive. This was after spending 5 1/2 hours waiting on the brake job the day before (2pm to 30 minutes after closing) This will be the last time I try and save a buck on car repairs It's just not worth it

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I called and asked what it would cost out the door for rear break pads and the guy I talked to said it would be $205 with the coupon they had, they called my husband and informed him we needed rotors for the rear for an additional $250 out the door! They called when done and all of a sudden the total cost was $560 and couldn’t get an exact answer where the extra $100 charge came from! Will not recommend to anyone I know that’s for sure!

Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I had an appointment at 9, yet I had to wait around until someone clocked in to work with me. I was told I would be getting an engine diag, but when I arrived to pick up my car 4 hours later, they had performed an ABS diag as well without calling me, and then charged me nearly $200 for something that I could have gotten done for free elsewhere. I was also not told what that would cost ahead of time, and the quote they gave me was different from what I was told on the phone. I went here because my personal mechanic was too busy, but my own mechanic made time for me after I told him what Firestone charged me for a diag. He said I'd been scammed. The workers I spoke to were nice but unprofessional.

I just have to say my reason of appreciation and gratitude to this company and the line of hardworking people who make this place of business what it is was reminded today through proper communication and a thorough examination of the billing on the service done on my vehicle. Mike the service manager, who is extremely pleasant to work with, noticed something wasn't quite right and made sure it was rectified. Honest people and great service at this firestone location!

Why Firestone and not your neighborhood mechanic? Because they honor their work across the country. I drove from MD to Wilmington after getting new brakes and alignment and for some reason the wheels were out of balance and car drifted left. Mike was able to get my car in right away on a busy Saturday. Great mechanics fixed the problem at virtually no charge. A clean and efficient shop. I highly recommend this place. (Nothing against your trusted local mom and pop store. But there are some things corporate American does well.)

Rude, dismissive female associate. Made an appointment weeks in advance and after 50 minutes they still hadn't started on car. No apology,, just a rude, " well it's only been 45 minutes." HOWEVER Mike R. Was wonderful!!!!!

Yesterday, the starter in my car died very suddenly after I tried to get it tested at auto zone. I assumed that’s what the issue was but wanted to get it tested before I paid for a part I didn’t need. Almost every shop was closed or closing considering the fact that it was a little after 5pm. Mike was extremely helpful with getting me in before the store closed and had my car fitted with a new starter in no time. I am very happy with the service Firestone provided to me. Thank you!!
