They are the only place that offers kick boxing in a rapid fire setting in Winston Salem! I like the rounds because it allows you to have tangible things you can track for improvement (like jump rope, if you trip up every 3 jumps then the goal would be not to trip up for 5 jumps - till you can jump for the whole 3 minutes without tripping up). I like that you can go at your speed, the heart rate monitors allows you to know when you need to slow down or speed up objectively, so you can maximize your time in the studio. The last thing I love is always having a trainer there to help adjust the workouts to your ability level so you don't get hurt while getting stronger. They are very attentive and great at encouraging you to keep going. So happy to be part of this program and family and am already starting to feel stronger in just the first few sessions. ~Terri
