I want so badly to like this CVS bc it’s convenient to where I live. I’ve given this location many chances to redeem itself but I’ve finally, after a year and a half, decided it’s time to switch locations. The MAIN ISSUE I have is with a small, young, dark haired pharmacist. She goes out of her way to make sure every encounter I have with her is a negative one. She has never gone out of her way to be helpful. She doesn’t seem care about her customers. She took great satisfaction recently in denying me access to a prescription I was filling for my daughter claiming it was too soon to refill it. She actually miscalculated and I was correct. I went to the Strongsville location and was treated like a human being and I was able to pick up the prescription from a helpful, FRIENDLY pharmacist who had a smile on her face. Imagine that?! The little girl/pharmacist in Berea needs to get off of her pedestal and learn about customer service. I hope the Pharmacy Manager can help deflate her ego before she drives away any other customers. Oh and don’t bother trying to call this pharmacy - they don’t answer their phones. I waited over an hour on hold - while I was painting my kitchen - and the young man who answered couldn’t apologize for my wait time. Seriously - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ~K
