The two workers I see every morning when I fill up are the nicest and helpful gentlemen around and I personally know Sunoco is the Best gas station to fuel up for my vehicle. My car sellers always told me Sunoco lowest grade is better than the ones who have watered down gasoline: Speedway’s GetGo Any other stations that have names I’ve never had heard of is why my vehicle had to be serviced at 2 1/2 years old as I was fueling up with “cheap gasoline “. It costs almost $500 in repairs so I’ll never leave My Sunoco Station (s). Thank you for sharing your honesty and helping me at the pumps or in store for other items to save monies. No one has gone out of their way to give me information freely. Your gas station and workers and/or owners are a Godsend. ~Pamela

They hardly carry anything anymore it seems outside of beer and lottery tickets. Just today I walked up there at 4 p.m. to pick up some bread for dinner and the door was locked. The man working inside saw me and did nothing. Used to be such a nice place years ago. ~Nicolas

Very nice very polite people they have a little bit of everything you want in this place even they sell food. I'm not a fan of going into these little places food cooked food. I was recommended and I was in shock to see how tasty their food was. It's a good little place on the corner if you live in this neighborhood where I don't I live in Westlake Ohio. I needed some direction because my battery died out and the man was very helpful and very nice and giving me a battery charger for free. I noticed everybody in Berea Ohio is very nice on Front St., God bless everybody ~Londya

I want so badly to like this CVS bc it’s convenient to where I live. I’ve given this location many chances to redeem itself but I’ve finally, after a year and a half, decided it’s time to switch locations. The MAIN ISSUE I have is with a small, young, dark haired pharmacist. She goes out of her way to make sure every encounter I have with her is a negative one. She has never gone out of her way to be helpful. She doesn’t seem care about her customers. She took great satisfaction recently in denying me access to a prescription I was filling for my daughter claiming it was too soon to refill it. She actually miscalculated and I was correct. I went to the Strongsville location and was treated like a human being and I was able to pick up the prescription from a helpful, FRIENDLY pharmacist who had a smile on her face. Imagine that?! The little girl/pharmacist in Berea needs to get off of her pedestal and learn about customer service. I hope the Pharmacy Manager can help deflate her ego before she drives away any other customers. Oh and don’t bother trying to call this pharmacy - they don’t answer their phones. I waited over an hour on hold - while I was painting my kitchen - and the young man who answered couldn’t apologize for my wait time. Seriously - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ~K

Yes this particular McDonald's in Berea Ohio the people were very rude and just mean from one window to the next I don't know if the people were just having a bad day but they shouldn't take it out on their guess or customer that's why I will not even go to this McDonald's anymore especially since they were the ones who messed up our order and then wanted to give me attitude and be rude and then turn around and trying to charge me again for what they messed up I understand they're young kids and their learning how to deal with people for maybe they had a bad customer before me but that doesn't mean take it out on me or my son when all you had to do was replace the drink and give us the right one very poor customer service but then when the manager came it got even worse like I said all you had to do is give us the right drink which they eventually did but they tried charging us again for it. Very poor management and very poor customer service skills. ~David
