The pharmacists and staff are very rude. Poor customer service. I used to be a loyal customer and a pharmacist chased me away a few years ago. I recently tried again and it was the same problem. This store should be shut down. I will be calling their corporate office Monday. Go to Walgreens instead.

Geoff, the overnighter gave me probably the best customer service experience possible, he was very polite, he also helped me find the product I needed and signed me up for a cvs account for an immediate discount! We need to recognize the workers that go above and beyond for customers because it doesn’t really happen too much anymore. Guy deserves a promotion

I want so badly to like this CVS bc it’s convenient to where I live. I’ve given this location many chances to redeem itself but I’ve finally, after a year and a half, decided it’s time to switch locations. The MAIN ISSUE I have is with a small, young, dark haired pharmacist. She goes out of her way to make sure every encounter I have with her is a negative one. She has never gone out of her way to be helpful. She doesn’t seem care about her customers. She took great satisfaction recently in denying me access to a prescription I was filling for my daughter claiming it was too soon to refill it. She actually miscalculated and I was correct. I went to the Strongsville location and was treated like a human being and I was able to pick up the prescription from a helpful, FRIENDLY pharmacist who had a smile on her face. Imagine that?! The little girl/pharmacist in Berea needs to get off of her pedestal and learn about customer service. I hope the Pharmacy Manager can help deflate her ego before she drives away any other customers. Oh and don’t bother trying to call this pharmacy - they don’t answer their phones. I waited over an hour on hold - while I was painting my kitchen - and the young man who answered couldn’t apologize for my wait time. Seriously - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Pharmacy is AWFUL! My husband saw his Dr today for sinus infection and Rx. CVS called and said couldn't get Rx til the 14th...What?!!! Keep calling trying to calling hoping to get real person, forget it, no one ever answers on hold 30 minutes.

100% of the time when I need to pick up a prescription I always wait. The pharmacy is the slowest I've ever dealt with EVERY time. This review is a long time coming not just a bad experience my first time but this is probably my 12 time in the last year and it's always a 20 minute wait no matter if it's only me in line or 3 more in front. They dilly dally more than I've ever seen. I dread coming here. I think I'll be switching to Walgreens.

What’s the difference?? And when I call I always have to wait 10 minutes on the phone.

Very disappointed at this Pharmacy called and sat on hold for 45 min just to get a prescription refilled, they never picked up so I went to CVS. I tried to do it online At first for some reason it wouldn't let me, sat at the drive thru window for 10 min, no one came to the window. Went inside and I was told I would have to wait a few moments. Nobody in the drive thru, nobody in the pharmacy inside, and still have to wait. Then the rude customer service I received. SMH. Maybe it's because she is the "only one filling scripts" she says (Kalie) Everyone has a bad day, but I didn't deserve the rudeness. And it's not the first time. Time to find a new CVS. It's also time they hire a full staff at this location.

Waited close to 30 minutes to pick up a prescription at 9am. I had to ring the bell 3 times in order to get a response. Everyone behind me in line left. When I finally did get the prescriptions he didn't even apologize for the wait.
