Service is absolutely terrible. Never a thank you. Long lines.tried them again ??????? Lines never move. So I went inside and ordered. Counters were DIRTY. NOT A FREINDLY FACE IN THE STORE.

Ordered via the app. Food was cold, given sweet tea instead of unsweet and the young man that brought out my food had fuzzy pajama pants on. He looked like he had crawled out of the bed instead of working in a restaurant.

I been to this mcdonalds quite a few times and its always lousy and I mean everything is lousy the food, the staff and everything else in between. Last time im ever going to this mcdonalds, got my food which was 2 fillet fish sandwiches and 2 mcdoubles and the fish sandwiches were ice cold not even a tiny bit warm and the mcdoubles were ice cold as well and burnt. The only good thing that happened is that they got the order right the first time, all previous times they got the order wrong and I had to sit there waiting 5 to 10 minutes for them to get the order right. If I'm getting ice cold and burnt sandwiches then people need fired and hire people that will do a good job at what their supposed to do or just shut down the place.

Yes this particular McDonald's in Berea Ohio the people were very rude and just mean from one window to the next I don't know if the people were just having a bad day but they shouldn't take it out on their guess or customer that's why I will not even go to this McDonald's anymore especially since they were the ones who messed up our order and then wanted to give me attitude and be rude and then turn around and trying to charge me again for what they messed up I understand they're young kids and their learning how to deal with people for maybe they had a bad customer before me but that doesn't mean take it out on me or my son when all you had to do was replace the drink and give us the right one very poor customer service but then when the manager came it got even worse like I said all you had to do is give us the right drink which they eventually did but they tried charging us again for it. Very poor management and very poor customer service skills.

This McDonald's is about the best that I ever go to. The owner/operator actually works in the kitchen and dining room and interacts with the customers.

Berea McDonalds is HORIIBLE!!! Old grease, stuff buns. They can't get the ingredients right on the bun. Everything is hanging in different directions. Cold fries. Nope, If we want McDonalds we go elsewhere. We give them a zero

Since moving a few years ago this had become my primary McDonald's. As far as McDonald's goes, I would say this location is slightly above average. The lines can be slow at peak hours but I don't think they've ever messed up an order. They also have a couple of really awesome drive thru workers that if you catch them they will make your day.
