The day before yesterday I would have given this store a 5/5, but yesterday I was treated like I have I have never been treated before at any store. Steve was waiting on me and needed Briana's help when I was returning a pair of shoes for which I had used my frequent "flyer" discount card and then purchasing another pair. John, the manager (he's a good one, but he won't be back in till Monday, so I feel the need to vent here) waited on me originally and told me that should I change my mind about the shoes I purchased, my discount would be applied to a different pair of shoes. I told this to Steve when he was checking me out, and he proceeded to enter an exchange. Long story short, he needed Briana's help to get through the transaction. When I tried to tell her that I didn't get the discount, she became irritated and insisted I did. When I told her that I didn't, she became rather irate and then proceeded to scold me for exchanging the shoes when I should have returned the first pair and then bought the second. I don't know how I was supposed to know that and told her the same. She is usually friendly when I come into the store, but she seemingly changed into Mr. Hyde when she could not make things right. She was downright mean to me, and I was extremely embarrassed. I do not anticipate shopping here ever again after yesterday's fiasco.

Very hard to find wide shoes that fit. The girl was rushing me when I was trying to find a pair. She wouldn't let me try both shoes on just the one. I settled on a pair of sneakers. They are definitely snug on my feet! Definitely time to go elsewhere.

The employees here are so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service skills every time! First time here they matched me up with the best fitting hiking shoes I've ever owned. They sent me a gift card around holiday time. Second visit they were very helpful finding me insoles to help my foot until I can get surgery.

The sales staff was very friendly. It’s been I awhile since I was fitted for shoes and they did a great job listening to my needs. I found a fantastic pair of Hoka shoes and now have happy feet!

John the manager provides excellent service. I walked in last week wearing white shoes and it was raining outside. I gave him the two criteria that I need for my feet. He measured my feet and went into the back to search. He came back with 4 options and 2 fit perfectly. In twenty minutes I was back to work and comfortable in my new shoes ! I’ve already gotten several compliments on my new shoes as well he’s an 😇

This shoe store has super knowledgeable and helpful employees and sells high quality shoes. Definitely a rare gem in today's marketplace. Also, very helpful and patient when fitting children. They even have a podiatrist on staff, I believe.
