This Carter's is such an amazing place as a mother to shop. Ashley recognizes me and my kids every single time we go in whether it's been a week or a few months. Since my son was little and now my daughter is 8mos she has helped me and gone above and beyond. She takes the time to talk to my children and i literally could not think of a better way to spend time shopping for my kids. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Tianna today and she suggested things she got herself for her daughter and i left feeling like i got everything and more my daughter needed and even better about how i was treated. There are very few people like this left in the world and i am so happy to know 2 of them. Especially when my kids are involved. I'd give 5 HUNDRED stars if i could! It makes you excited to return and i feel just that 😊 ~Sierra

Very hard to find wide shoes that fit. The girl was rushing me when I was trying to find a pair. She wouldn't let me try both shoes on just the one. I settled on a pair of sneakers. They are definitely snug on my feet! Definitely time to go elsewhere. ~Janet

We can't say enough about Ben and his top notch quality service he provides to his customers. When I say he goes the extra mile...that's putting it mildly. We live 2 hrs away from his store and desperately started calling on the phone searching for Elk Tracker 882 boots by Red Wing. I told him that these are the only boots my husband wears 24/7 due to his club feet. That these boots along with his orthotics are the only thing that gives him relief and that we have been searching for a new pair locally and online since Oct 2021. We were desperate to find a new pair because his are so worn out and he was in excruciating pain daily. Although Ben didn't have them available he was willing to search through his network and try and find us a pair. Needless to say, within 15 mins he called us back and had a pair available to be shipped out. We literally received them two days later. You just don't find service like that anymore! We highly recommend Ben and his Camp Hill store. ~Andrea

Bright and well-laid out store with a large variety of products. But if you need help, it's really hard to find someone to help you. No sense of urgency from the staff made what should have been a quick trip an excruciatingly long one. ~Lindsay
