We can't say enough about Ben and his top notch quality service he provides to his customers. When I say he goes the extra mile...that's putting it mildly. We live 2 hrs away from his store and desperately started calling on the phone searching for Elk Tracker 882 boots by Red Wing. I told him that these are the only boots my husband wears 24/7 due to his club feet. That these boots along with his orthotics are the only thing that gives him relief and that we have been searching for a new pair locally and online since Oct 2021. We were desperate to find a new pair because his are so worn out and he was in excruciating pain daily. Although Ben didn't have them available he was willing to search through his network and try and find us a pair. Needless to say, within 15 mins he called us back and had a pair available to be shipped out. We literally received them two days later. You just don't find service like that anymore! We highly recommend Ben and his Camp Hill store.

They do not have a women’s section. Also it is not okay if you accidentally track mud in. I came straight from work to buy a pair of work boots not realizing my boots were a little muddy and the guy flipped out. I apologized and left, barely had a two second conversation. As the door shut behind me I heard him screaming and cussing about the mud. I felt really bad about the mud and I would’ve helped him clean it up but he kind of scared me. I don’t blame him for being annoyed but still not the best customer service. But seriously don’t sell work boots and then get irate when people to wear their dirty work boots to the store. 🤷🏼♀️

The customer service here is amazing! The knowledge they have about boots is unbelievable. I bought a pair and they felt great in the store, but after I wore them to work, they hurt my feet so bad! My toes went numb! I told them about it and they exchanged the boots for me with a wider version of the boots I bought. Now they fit great! They said "the last thing we want is for you to be unhappy with your boots" this place is awesome!
