The Great Escape team made our experience in buying a replacement pool very smooth and easy. We stopped into store location to look at different 18’ round pools for replacement of our 30 plus year old pool. The Great Escape team showed us different types of the 18’ pools we were inquiring on so we knew what type to purchase and were very knowledgeable of said product. After discussing availability and installation we purchased our pool from their website. From start to finish the Great Escape team and Andy kept us informed on where we were at in the queue on processing and delivery of product.
