Can someone please take this franchise away from the owner, or have them go through extensive quality control training? They’ve just been closing hours early with no posted signage and indifferent workers in abundance. If they plan on only being open for lunch and an early dinner, why not reflected online with posted hours or at least a sign on the window. Nothing worse than sitting at a fully lit drive-through for minutes giving whoever’s in there the benefit of the doubt that they need more time, when they’re not even open at all. ~Born

I was just in your store at 10:34 p.m. and I'm confused and frustrated as to why the young girl working the cash register refused to microwave your blounts family kitchen pasta dinners that are sold in the refrigerated to go cases. I bought them many tim and had them microwave them and tonight before paying I asked the incompetent unfriendly girl if she could heat it up for me and she was apparently not having a good evening, and after telling me no they don't have a microwave in the store I said Ms don't you at least have an employee break room you could do me a salad and heat up by $6 meal I'm buying and which she ignored me. I understand the fact she doesn't want to go above and beyond her hourly pay but it was pretty ignorant the way she treated me after being so kind to her. ~colby

I went in for specific product but couldn't find it. I can usually find items on my own but not this time. I spoke to the cashier and asked where might I find the product. She was very helpful and I found exactly what I needed. I've been in this location a few times and the store is always stocked well and clean. I also appreciate good customer service when I need it. When rung up same cashier and she was very polite and friendly. ~DEE

So expensive! $7 for a cup of coffee just doesn't make sense to me. If you're paying for atmosphere is one thing, but for carryout, I don't understand. ~Mike
Chipotle Mexican Grill
I just want to start out by saying the food was excellent and fresh! The crew tonight worked together as a team to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. And of course every employee was so sweet from the time I started my order until I left with my food. Amazing job Canfield chipotle! I will ALWAYS be back! ~lainie
First National Bank
Worst bank ever! If I could rate it lower than one star I would.they only have a few branches in Ohio and I am constantly looking for them. The bank tellers are very mean.Bank hours are terrible can never make it to the bank on time because I work late. And only open until 12 on Saturday. I'm moving all my banking to Huntington Bank. ~T

Unless Key Bank Corporate adds additional tellers avoid this bank on a Saturday for your banking. Recently had a horrible experience making a basic business deposit...DO Not Blame the Teller but I do blame whomever thinks 1 teller on a Saturday is a brilliant idea! Have contacted and left a message with Missy your Operations Manager and Ryan your Area Manager and I hope for not just myself but any of your account holders that customer service is Very Important!
