My Wendy's experience was phenomenal. The service was top notch, and the employees were excellent. The men's restroom was clean and smelled great.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. It’s not even the food, which is… sub par for Wendy’s at best. It’s the general manager. The exact lady wearing a grey polo today, who threw a fit and started slamming things around the restaurant when the cashier in the drive threw misheard my order. And then had the audacity to charge me for 2 double pretzel bun sandwiches, which luckily the cashier fixed and was honest with me. The GM seemed too busy throwing a tantrum. The exact lady, with the grey polo and General Manager name tag, who allowed my food to just sit at the window, and just continued to fill drink orders and ignore me because she had an attitude that she had to fix something the cashier messed up. If I could have caught her name, I would have. Aside from my fries barely being hot after pulling away from the window and my burger haphazardly thrown together because I had to remind them that I asked for a double, not a single pretzel bun burger. Yeah I’m the guy in the Blue Kia Sportage. This is absolutely abysmal service. It doesn’t even help that you’ve squandered your reputation by closing early night after night and putting all of that stress on the Austintown and Boardman Wendy’s. Shame on you.

The food met expectations and we enjoyed the new strawberry frosty! The downside of this visit was that we waited 15 minutes before even getting our order in. It was one of the slower Wendy's experiences I've had.

I ordered a mobile order and could not go in and get it and was told I had to go through the drive thru which was wrapped around the building. The whole point of me ordering by mobile. The guy I talked to on the phone was very rude when I asked why the doors were locked. I won’t be visiting this store anymore this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with this location. I’ll go up the street to the one in boardman. So since i had to wait on my food in line after ordering it it was cold also. Also I paid for cheese for n the chilis didn’t get that in there no sour cream or crackers. I’m Not happy at all. I’m actually mad about this.

Went there, waited 20 mins for someone to take my order, when I tried to get someone’s attention twice they said that if we didn’t want to wait we could go somewhere else. So I left. Customer service was so dreadful.

This wendys is a sanitation issue on its own. Eating food on the line with the same gloves serving drivethru customers. Another employee lifting her shirt and touching her stomach serving customers with those same gloves on. Dropping food on the ground and putting it back on the line to be served. Yes the woman at the register had an attitude but ok we all understand everyone has bad days. That couldve been ignored! These other statements made are huge red flags! Needless to say our order wasn't even placed!

Can someone please take this franchise away from the owner, or have them go through extensive quality control training? They’ve just been closing hours early with no posted signage and indifferent workers in abundance. If they plan on only being open for lunch and an early dinner, why not reflected online with posted hours or at least a sign on the window. Nothing worse than sitting at a fully lit drive-through for minutes giving whoever’s in there the benefit of the doubt that they need more time, when they’re not even open at all.

The employees that they have been hiring have been great! The lines have not been backed up for long periods of time like were. That's a plus! It is too hard for me to get in and out of the car to go inside. I really appreciate the good service and food that they provide. Remember, quote,The work that you do is a portrait of yourself!
