Best bank in Canfield, Ohio (OH) 2024

Worst bank ever! If I could rate it lower than one star I would.they only have a few branches in Ohio and I am constantly looking for them. The bank tellers are very mean.Bank hours are terrible can never make it to the bank on time because I work late. And only open until 12 on Saturday. I'm moving all my banking to Huntington Bank. ~T

Unless Key Bank Corporate adds additional tellers avoid this bank on a Saturday for your banking. Recently had a horrible experience making a basic business deposit...DO Not Blame the Teller but I do blame whomever thinks 1 teller on a Saturday is a brilliant idea! Have contacted and left a message with Missy your Operations Manager and Ryan your Area Manager and I hope for not just myself but any of your account holders that customer service is Very Important! Remember Key Bank Corporate you do have competition!!!! ~Vanessa
