Best cell phone store in Cincinnati, Ohio (OH) 2024

Hands down the best GameStop around. I know that isn’t necessarily a high bar, but this is the friendliest, most knowledgeable and just all around best GameStop there is, and is what others should strive to be more like. Feels way less like a corporate chain and more like a local business. ~Luke

Listed under phone repair so I drove 20 minutes, found a parking spot pretty far from the front door and went in to get my phone fixed. Told to go to Electronics at the rear of the store. Waited 10 minutes while two associates waited on one customer. Finally my turn. I showed them my cracked screen and was immediately told they sell phones they don't repair them. I asked why were they were listed under repair and was told it was so they would have a chance to sell a new phone. Total waste of time and I believe false advertising. ~Bill

This place is great! I would highly recommend these guys they are wonderful. I want to give a big thanks to Jake on handling the transaction for my elder grandfather. He has also helped out the family with best pricing and deal an any problem we have had.
