Best car dealer in Dublin, Ohio (OH) 2024

One of the worst ways to run a business. Have been talking to this dealer about a truck. Had all my financing lined up with my credit you and even a letter of credit! I live over 3 hours away and can’t just jump and be there.. I was in the car business for 7 years. If you provide a buyers order, and the customer has the letter of credit and is offering to give you $3,000 down to hold it. You do so. That’s customer service. But no I was told this morning that sorry the car just sold. Unprofessional!! Very very unhappy and will definitely let everyone that I know to not go here and buy anything. ~Geno
