Abbey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered every question for me and really took her time go make sure I understood everything. She even helped me recover passwords. She is the most knowledgeable person I have ever had help me here ~enyo2

The manager Chuck, was an amazing help. Very kind, personable, and professional. He quickly helped my wife and I with purchasing a new phone, while being patient while we made our decisions. He is a great man and runs his store well, and has earned my business for some time to come ~Talon

I initially though Mohammad was a nice man. He had great conversation and seemed like he knew what he was talking about, he didn’t compete my phone repair fully but said he had ordered the parts to fix my phone. So I paid him $120 and came back two days later and dropped my phone off again. It took him a day to fix it and when I called he said he was unable to finish the job because of complications. Mohammed then refused to return me my money. That is theft in my opinion. I do not recommend ~Tyler

Located across from Jungle Jim's! AWESOME PEOPLE! GREAT PRICES! The team at this Cricket Wireless location is great at solving problems and figuring out what phones and plans meet your needs. I've had Cricket since they've been in Cincinnati and it works great.. excellent coverage and a good value. Highly recommended! The employees at this location also speak Spanish... cool. ~Chris
