I was having trouble with my several month old Samsung A52 phone. It was covered under warranty but I thought I may have issues if I got the same phone. Alexis at Cricket explained my options about getting an exchange. Alexis was a great help and a very nice young lady. I decided to try a Moto phone as I had good luck with older flip phones I had in the past. I would highly recommend anyone talk to her who is interested in phone shopping. Great staff. They take the time to meet all your needs. We are on the 4 person family plan and only pay $100 a month. I wanted a trifold wallet case for my LG Stylo 6 so the lady special ordered it and I had it in two days. Best Cricket in town.

Located across from Jungle Jim's! AWESOME PEOPLE! GREAT PRICES! The team at this Cricket Wireless location is great at solving problems and figuring out what phones and plans meet your needs. I've had Cricket since they've been in Cincinnati and it works great.. excellent coverage and a good value. Highly recommended! The employees at this location also speak Spanish... cool.

Absolutely love the staff here, they are so kind and helpful. Not only does Cricket have the best prices in town but this location has a wide selection of phones to choose from as well. I've been a loyal Cricket customer for over 10 years and their customer service phone number delivers excellent assistance from kind and dedicated employees as well, couldn't ask for a better wireless carrier.
