I am on a mission to try every local pizza shop (Knox county), and beyond, searching for the best mom and pop pizza, I can find... Seems I probably won't have to look to far beyond Peppys, as it's been the front runner for many years. Always a pleasant experience. Quick and efficient staff, friendly, and the absolute best pizza! Great for take out, or dine-in! Typically takes 30minutes or less, inside is very clean and pays homage to the community sports, and high school. There is ample seating, which you cannot find in many local shops, that gives you the opportunity to eat inside comfortably. Prices are reasonable and in line with most pizza places. Just a great hometown pizza joint with the best atmosphere, service, food, and prices. Highly recommend! ~Robert

Furthest thing from that great small town local customer service that you’ll ever find. Owner is a creepster who has no idea how to treat customers correctly. Hence why I rarely see cars at this store. No sense of urgency and he will completely mock you while he reaks of arrogance, that is of course when they actually do give you attention. Be prepared for an awkward interaction. Take my advice and drive to the next hardware store, it will still be quicker and much more enjoyable! ~James

Very bad experience. Lied to me about replacing injectors in my power stroke. Also lied about putting in a new battery, and way over charged for the work they “supposedly did.” Took the truck to a reliable and family trusted mechanic and he said they lied about everything. The only reason I didn’t take to him in the first place is the truck was broke down and purrformance was close by. ~Josiah

They got me in quick, got the parts ordered quick, and got my car repaired quick. I had no negative interactions with anyone. Nothing but great communication. Now, my problem is that I didn’t even make it home before my car threw another check engine light. I opened the hood and poked around a bit and they forgot to reconnect the air charge sensor and they forgot to reconnect the grounding wire. (Shown in picture). Aside from that, everything else about this business was satisfactory to me. I’ll be contacting them on Monday if the check engine light doesn’t go away. But I think I’ll be fine. Thank you! ~Zac
