Furthest thing from that great small town local customer service that you’ll ever find. Owner is a creepster who has no idea how to treat customers correctly. Hence why I rarely see cars at this store. No sense of urgency and he will completely mock you while he reaks of arrogance, that is of course when they actually do give you attention. Be prepared for an awkward interaction. Take my advice and drive to the next hardware store, it will still be quicker and much more enjoyable!

Bought a stehl chainsaw, the carburetor was not right from the start. Glenn’s tried to fix 3 times and never could get it right but they did charge me each time. Also had a snow blower where Glenn’s said it needed to new engine. They charged a 30 dollar diagnosis fee but another 30 dollars when I told them to just put the engine back on and I’ll go get a second opinion.

This place is awesome! Have been in here multiple times for various things from gardening tools to stuff for my chainsaw, weed whacker, and mower. I just bought my first Stihl chainsaw from here and couldn't be happier!

Purchased a chimney brush on Fri. and asked if could be returned and was told as long as we didn't use it could be. Took back Sat. morning because it wasn't going to work. Said we used it, but we never did. So make sure when you purchase something you plan to keep it because they wouldn't refund our money. I can assure you it wasn't used.
