Terrible customer service. My girlfriend and I were shopping here, I stopped to text on my phone for a second and one of the workers came up and asked in a very rude tone "can I help you with something" (very loudly too, because my girlfriend heard her from across the room) I said I was browsing and she stood uncomfortably close, just watching me. Then she kinda followed me around. So we decided not to buy what we had picked out, and left. ~Haley

We've been coming here for years. We consider this our hometown local store that used to be filled with joy and a friendly staff. SOMETHING HAS CHANGED. The staff was rude. Period. Oh yeah, and the heat was off. Their reason" Well, we get hot when we work so we keep it low". I'm retired Army and for me to complain it's cold inside, then IT'S COLD INSIDE. Customers are now 2nd place to staff. ~Phillip

Terrible credit union. They don’t answer the phone. If they do, you’ll sit on hold fir 10 min before anyone will talk to you. They put a week long hold on a guaranteed bank check, for absolutely no reason. They treat members like some a$$hole, instead of a part owner. I’ve banked at the DNC Federal Credit Union for over 20 years, but needed something closer…so tried BFG. Just terrible in every single metric and measure. ~Dan
