Best federal credit union in Hudson, Ohio (OH) 2024

Terrible credit union. They don’t answer the phone. If they do, you’ll sit on hold fir 10 min before anyone will talk to you. They put a week long hold on a guaranteed bank check, for absolutely no reason. They treat members like some a$$hole, instead of a part owner. I’ve banked at the DNC Federal Credit Union for over 20 years, but needed something closer…so tried BFG. Just terrible in every single metric and measure. ~Dan
