We've been coming here for years. We consider this our hometown local store that used to be filled with joy and a friendly staff. SOMETHING HAS CHANGED. The staff was rude. Period. Oh yeah, and the heat was off. Their reason" Well, we get hot when we work so we keep it low". I'm retired Army and for me to complain it's cold inside, then IT'S COLD INSIDE. Customers are now 2nd place to staff.

Open house was historically nostalgic for me. Came in expecting merry and joy. Encountered 2 cranky and pertinent employees. Music barely audible and no heat because “we get hot while working “. Coal for this Hallmark store. Count on Hallmark for good feels normally.

Great service and products. Enjoyed my visit. Will be back. Regarding some of these reviews As Dr Fauci said masks don't help..but they might make you FEEL safer. Look into the micron sizes of virus versus these cloth masks. Staying home will make you feel completely safe, if you're really paranoid.

While the cashier that served me was polite and professional, that was not the case for other employees of the store. This concerns the pandemic and mask mandates. The manager of the store was wearing a mask that was down below her nose, leaving it exposed. A third employee came in the door waving her mask in the air and complaining that no one can mandate her to wear a mask, not even the governor of the state. She continued to walk through the store with no facial covering whatsoever talking with the manager. There us a sign on yhe entry door stating masks are required. There was a total disregard for the health and safety of the patrons during the pandemic. I am a nurse and was appalled at the employees' behavior. I left the store and have no plan to return.

In this era of uncertainty regarding the Covid virus it feels necessary that we all do our part to limit the spread. However, when I was in the store yesterday the salesperson was not wearing a mask and when I asked a question she stepped right up to me, certainly not six feet away! A few minutes later I heard her coughing as she was rearranging some cards. I will admit to being in the target age range for the virus so am a little more aware of the new protocol but we all have to be responsible if this is ever going to end.

Always the friendliest people working here! Every time I come here, I walk out laughing. Very helpful as well. I'm constantly buying cards for special occasions and you'd think that I would run out of options by now, but not the case! and if you're in a hury, just ask one of the employees here - they'll gladly help you quickly find what you're looking for!

Stopped in here on my lunch break to grab a couple of cards. It was hard not to get distracted because of all the cute gift items. Also, I noticed this Hallmark carries a small assortment of local treats and handmade goods, which I don't think I've ever seen in a Hallmark store before. The staff was warm and friendly, helpful and speedy. I had a great experience here. Adorable little gift shop with cards and ornaments, of course, as well as a large selection of bags (as in purses, backpacks, handbags), jewelry, scarves and other accessories, figurines, and some locally made bath items as well as "those fancy brands", too, so whatever your taste is, I'm sure there's something for everyone here.

Shady business practices! Went in to return a brand new, unopened,Hallmark keepsake ornament. The website States I have 90 days to accomplish this return. However, this location decided to type something at the bottom of their receipts stating that there are no returns for keepsake ornaments. In addition ,they lowered the return time frame to 30 days. None of this information is posted prominently in the store. Especially not around the keepsake ornaments. Thede details were slso not explained to me upon purchasing the ornament. I purchased this ornament as a gift but it was already purchased by the family member. Now I'm stuck with a $17 ornament because of shady business ethics. A $17 return was worth permanently losing my business? To these folks, yes. Buyers beware!

I stopped into this Hallmark the other day and was promptly greeted by the stores manager who was such a tremendous help to me in finding the perfect gift for my daughters birthday. She made several suggestions and I ended up purchasing much more than I intended, but am very pleased with my gifts for my daughter and I appreciate the time and help given to me at the store. I highly recommend stopping by to find something special.
