Stopped by here to get gas before hitting the highway back home on 4/24/21. The restroom was in great shape, unlike a nearby gas station's restroom, which was a disaster during a few previous visits to Lima. The check out staff was pleasant. ~Jillian

Yummy wings and pizza is always so so hot and the cashier there Peggy she does her thing she’s very polite she always move fast no matter how long that line is she get a them and she gets him out She’s never rude she always try to find you what you need mostly all the workers there are very respectful and polite I never really had an issue with them and it’s a clean place in a stay open late in sometimes they open earlier than the rest of the gas ~Tanille

These guys go above and beyond to to get what you want or need. If they dont have a drink or a snack you like they'll make sure it's on the next order. Gas is always a little cheaper. Place is always clean. Cool store amd the owner are pretty cool too ~andy

12:54 on a Sunday afternoon. 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 It’s a shame .. There is a serious issue in this day and age with customer service . Today my daughter and I were trying to pump gas at BP on Allentown and Cable Rds. I needed a fill up , so my vehicle would be using almost $50. In gas . When my daughter put my credit card in the slot it says , “See attendant “.. my daughter goes in , because I use a wheelchair. *My daughter has been assisting me for about 3 years at the gas pump.* Attendant says “They have old pumps “ and comes outside to use the card reader. Assuming all is good , my daughter starts to pump gas. It still doesn’t work.😞 I call the attendant by phone to let her know , “I’m sorry to call you , but the pump still isn’t working “. She says she’ll be out. I see her at the pump talking to my daughter as she is running the card again & her facial expression is really nasty, as if she’s making fun& rolling her eyes ? I roll down my window and let her know , we never experienced a problem like this before and we are sorry to bother her , but it’s not working, and she shouldn’t be nasty to my daughter. It’s not her fault the pump is old . I didn’t yell or raise my voice? As I’m rolling my window up she tells me to go somewhere else; I don’t need your business “b*t*h “! ( obviously a curse word for female dog) Really? BP would rather me fill $50 in my tank at Speedway? Well that’s exactly what I did ! Back in the day.. I would have approached her, but I’m in a wheelchair and choose to use the number I have for her district manager tomorrow. As customers, I feel we have the right to know when employees cross the line. I have been in management before I retired, and NEVER .. Even if someone was being rude to me would I approach any customer ; let alone a handicapped one with a young lady with her , like that. I will be calling her district Manager tomorrow. Just thought I’d share in case others have this experience. If THIS is “The Royal treatment, I don’t need it!” ~Deidre
