I truly enjoy and appreciate Best Buy for what it is... Our lone standing electronics exclusive store in the region. They offer comparable deals and price matching. Overall, your mileage will vary on the site you're visiting. Some are smaller community stores, reflecting dated signage and looks, while others are seemingly regional hubs, much larger, and with increased stock selection. The personnel hasn't changed much in the last 15 years I've been shopping there. I appreciate seeing old faces who've stuck around and climbed the proverbial ladder. You can tell training isn't what it used to be, or least there's somewhat of a lack of pride in the work being done. I worked for Best Buy from 2007-2009 while in college, and thoroughly enjoyed it. We competed amongst departments and truly worked on our sales technique... Not to oversell, but to get to know someone and what they really wanted or needed. We were always the most knowledgeable. Today's staff is far from that. The college kids in the home theater department barely seem to know the difference in model variations and lack the thoroughness that once existed. But times have changed, the internet is now prevalent. Overall a great store, if somewhat lacking in personality. ~Atom

I have gotten quite a few products from the store manager Mark. He’s always made it quick and painless to switch to new devices, and explains everything well. He’s such a nice guy too. Very calm, doesn’t rush you into making a decision. Helps you set up your devices if needed and explains it all well enough for you to understand. He’s very patient and knows his stuff!. He is my go to guy whenever i need something or have a question. Definitely the best. Won’t go anywhere else but here and to see Mark! ~Deanna

One worker. Nine or so customers. Lexi multi-tasked was so helpful to all of us at the same time. Couple of the customers were not easy to deal with. One had a credit issue that she worked through flawlessly. He was very testy but she did great. Give her a raise! Great young lady ~Michael

Worth the little bit of extra price. Store is always neat. Staff always helpful. Lots of size ranges. BOGO 50% is kind of a joke because they always give me half off the two lowest priced items if I buy 4 or more items. Which seems unfair. If I buy two $40 items and two $25 items, most stores give you half off one of the $40 items and half off one of the $25 items. ~Kaitlynn

I have gone to this particular Walgreens sporadically over the years to get anything from a quick jug of milk to snacks for work and overall they are excellent with keeping inventory in stock and the staff is friendly. One employee named Anthony is always professional and constantly on the move working while also willing to socialize while he is stocking shelves or checking out your items. Sadly it is rare to see employees like that in the workforce nowadays. ~Chris

Thank goodness I don’t have to use this pharmacy again. Waiting a week, while I’m in town working, for a important prescription took 2 times to get 1 filled the other needed doctor approval for refill and the message I received back was they would contact the doctor. Went in today after waiting for 3 days only to be told they don’t contact the doctor. Would have been nice if someone would pick up the phone and let me know. This is about someone’s health they are dealing with. Duces to this Walmart and the pharmacy because it’s sucks in a nutshell. ~Jennifer
