Very poor customer service. I received a shirt with a hole in it and there wasn't any information on their web site about how to handle damaged merchandise, so I replied back to the order email with a picture and received no response. Emailed again two days later, got not response. Called their customer support number and was told it was an unmonitored email address and that she couldn't handle the issue, so I would have to fill out a web form and wait for someone to contact me asking for a picture - and there weren't any supervisors for me to speak with.. Horribly time consuming for someone who received a defective product.

Staff was extremely helpful, very polite and professional. I walked out of the store feeling happy and it was due to staff being so positive! They have a great selection of sports items, including local colleges.

This store is exactly what I was looking for. So many great Ohio teams all in one store. Selection of sizes was great, neatly folded and displayed. Staff was friendly and the dressing room was open! Highly recommended.

The store is clean and organized and they have tons of items to chose from. I bought both an Ohio State and a Brown’s T-shirt. The quality of their clothing is excellent and I know I will be able to wear my new t-shirts for many years. The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable. They aren’t pushy and they allow you to take your time and browse the store in peace. Ashley is a sweetheart and she was very helpful. I will be back to this store often.
