6 Best discount store in Middletown, Ohio (OH) 2024

Friendly and helpful. The store was as organized as a dollar store can be. Found all of my items easily and quickly. I will continue to go to this Family Dollar ~Amy

I used to love this place. It was a lot of fun getting lots of stuff really cheap. However they need HELP these days. It's been getting worse every time I visit, and it's sad. There are lots of empty shelves and stacks of boxes and racks up to 6 feet tall that are almost always blocking merchandise in the aisles. This last visit I couldn't buy anything I wanted as there were so few items actually in stock. It's worse than Dollar General (who are always stacking boxes in the aisles and have clutter everywhere), and that makes me sad. The customer service has been great, but all the service in the world isn't going to do any good if a business has nothing to sell. Maybe it's intentional and the place is getting ready to shut down? There doesn't seem to be a reason to think otherwise. ~Nicki

They're constantly blocking off isles to stock. It is so disorganized in this store. I can't tell you how many times I've gone through check out and heard the employees complain about being there. ~Jessica

They're short staffed but yet I've applied here at least 4 times & still have yet 2 start working there. ~Lil

Stopped by and did a little shopping and got to the checkout line and 10 or more waiting to checkout, the couple items I was going to purchase I decided to put back due to the fact of the way the process was going, the staff was just really slow to get things done and they didn't really have any motivation for doing a good job of being an active member of an organization that works with an excellent team of professionals who provide a complete knowledge and expertise regarding the process of moving forward to a successful and effective development program in which provides a strong foundation to maintain a steady flow of energy to get the customers in their best for each individual to get their products and to be able to get the best possible results for them to have a good check out with out a long and frustrating situation of it being a long term waiting period of everyone's time and effort in getting to the point of needing to get in and out in a timely fashion ' ~Melissa
