Why have 3 register’s when you only run 2 most of the time and they never have cart’s it seems like the costumer are out looking for them that is not there job they are not getting paid the shelves are hardly stocked.

Tried to purchase an item that was in the clearance spot and it came up as more then what it was marked down for the cashier was rude told me I couldn’t get it for that price because a customer must of put it there but it ain’t my fault it was in the wrong place so there for I should of got it for that price the cashier was rude and yelling in front of customers so I’m going to contact corporate

After visiting family that lives near this location I stopped in to grab a few things I needed instead of going to my usual dollar store. At first I thought wow this place looks a ton better than it use to. I get to the cashier and she asks if the cups were already in the gallon pitcher I was buying. I'm like yeah, there are blue sets too. I thought it was a weird question since they have sold these ever since I can remember. The cashier scoffs and said well if you set off the alarm going out we will know what it is. Seriously!? I informed her just as rudely as she had been to me that there is a whole top shelf of them and they say on the #!@&+*@ label the cups are included. She then stammered and tried to tell me to have a nice day. I was completely upset and insulted.

I just visited there with Family today the cashier was so rude we had 2 separate billing she billed me for 26 dollar for the first bill with 3 kids toys and she started arguing that one of the toys were not billed. She was lying and later she did everything and said it was fine she never even felt sorry for that. She was useless with the customer service. Very rude :(

For the first time ever I walked through a family Dollar and was followed the whole time. At first they wasn't going to let me bring my mobility scooter into the store and then I get followed the whole time I'm there. The store wasn't very clean and merchandise was everywhere. I will not be going back to this one.

This location is not one of my favs, but the employees here are always kind when I come through. No matter how unprepared I am to give my payment, they wait patiently until I get myself together. Great and pleasant staff for sure!
