I came in to look at vehicles and began working with Arma. She was beginning to ask me questions to help understand what type of car I was interested in, but as soon as she saw a male customer come in after me, she rudely cut me off mid-sentence, stopped working with me to assist the man. I asked the receptionist if this man had an appt and they looked at me confused, like they didn't want to get her in trouble. They told me she would follow up with me via call.
