I have been with this bank for about 3 years. The staff is super friendly. My daughter has an account with them as well, and my daughter found out there was illegal transactions made to her account that she never made. This bank was one step ahead of us, when we called to inform them, they told us that they already have the paperwork in progress for illegal transactions and her money will be refunded asap. She received her money the next day. I cannot say enough about this staff. They are always welcoming with a kind smile, and they know you by name. They are extremely wonderful people! ~Holly

I went in with 3 minutes until close to withdraw cash as I had broken my debit card. They offered to print me a new card on the spot - and stayed to do it! Did not feel rushed at all. Offered to and then took care of a second banking issue on the spot. Great customer service! Even removed a banking fee I had incurred recently. A wonderful local bank. ~Sam

We had the best experience at the drive thru! They have an amazing selection of drinks both alcohol and regular. The best part of the drive thru is Smash pizza. We got two pizzas the pepperoni and a full pickle pizza. You cannot call and order...you have to go through the drive thru. ~Jessica

This Snappy's (Marathon)used to be great however it recently changed ownership. I know this since I went to high school with a former employee who worked there for over 5 years. The prices are always at least a buck or two higher than the other Snappys on Avon Belden. Why would you go to the more expensive Snappys if another one is less than 2 miles away. Lower your prices ~CLEVELANDB

Nice guy. Took the time look at my car but wanted to replace with original equipment on a 15-year old beater....too much $$ I had the work done Elsewhere for less than one-third of the cost. Previous owner had work done on the same car by Chucks and had a better experience financially. ~Michael
