Nice guy. Took the time look at my car but wanted to replace with original equipment on a 15-year old beater....too much $$ I had the work done Elsewhere for less than one-third of the cost. Previous owner had work done on the same car by Chucks and had a better experience financially.

I would not recommend using them. They did not even know what a test pipe is. (Catalytic converter delete) if you don’t know what an exhaust system entails then you shouldn’t have an exhaust shop. (Response to owner) I was able to get it done at another shop. Many shops do this service. Not knowing what a test pipe even is shows a lack of experience in exhaust systems.

Chuck was really nice and easy to talk to. And his shop is by far the cleanest shop I have ever seen in my life. Not a single speck of oil on the walls, floor, or his uniform. Didn't have to worry about him getting my car seat dirty. Highly recommended! Service: Exhaust

Chuck is the absolute best, and I trust him with everything about my vehicle. I originally found him because a franchise mechanic recommended I replace all my struts for around $4000 (the car is only worth a few hundred more than this). I sought a second opinion from Chuck, and he verified that my struts were just fine and didn't need to be replaced. Three years later my struts are still fine. He's replaced my roters, brake pads, done oil changes, etc. He's always so friendly, informative, honest, and helpful, and has cut me some amazing deals on different things. He's also fun to hang out with in the office and share stories. Highly, highly recommend!

my exhaust had rusted out on my work beater (sentra!) and needed to be replaced. I decided to stop here for a quote. Chuck was very friendly and gave me a quote within minutes. Dropped the car off in the morning and he got it done before noon. I was not expecting it to be done so fast, considering my past experience with other shops. best of all - MY CAR IS QUIET AGAIN!!!!! Thank you, Chuck.

Ever pull up to place and wonder why there’s no customers? There’s a reason for that. You sir do not how to talk to the general public. Nobody cares for the “I’ve been doing this work for a million years” line. Nobody really cares for the condescending comments about other shops, suppliers or really any of it. You might be cheaper than Conrad’s and Mr.Tire, but your the one sitting in a chair watching the traffic back up on Center Ridge with no work.
