One of the rollers on my garage door came off the rail, leaving me unable to bring the door back down. My usual garage door company didn’t return my call, so based on the recommendation of a friend I called Nofziger. Nofziger happened to have one of their experts in my town on another service call and was able to work my door malfunction in within just a couple of hours. Dennis quickly identified and explained the problems (one hinge had failed, leading to its roller derailing, plus he found a second hinge on the opposite rail that needed to be replaced). In 20 minutes, he replaced both hinges, reset the garage door opener, and lubricated the chains. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend! ~Patricia
