Best engine rebuilding service in Plain City, Ohio (OH) 2024

This is the second time I am having to use Central Ohio Auto Body and Repair for my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. The first time I was rear ended on rt 33 on my way to work in September 2021, took the vehicle here for repair and was updated along the way, was able to get Enterprise to pick me up here and I was able to drop the rental off and leave it when picking my van back up. The body work done was wonderful and I can't say enough about the mechanics and staff (very professional!). Fast forward to March of 2022 and in the same vehicle I hit a deer on rt 36.....I know amazing luck I have right?! This time the front of the car was awful and had to be towed to the shop. I have been waiting since mid march to get my van back, but that is because production on parts and shipping has been awful. I have been updated by not only my progressive representative but the shop as well. I just called a few minutes ago to check in on the status of the back ordered bumper and what customer service! I apologized for calling and the tech said "never apologize for inquiring about your vehicle status that is what we are here for, and I am sorry we haven't been able to get your vehicle back to you sooner. Call anytime to check on your vehicle status!"
