Dismissive and rude. Absolutely no customers were in there. They asked us to use their QR code to join the queue. We received a text that we were next. After waiting a bit, a staff member told us that there were other appointments ahead of us, even though she was the one that insisted we sign up and then let us sit there and wait. I said we could wait a bit longer as we felt committed after waiting as long as we already did, and the staff member said that was not possible. This was a little after 3 pm on a Monday. PNC should take note of how staff is treating loyal customers. ~Tanya
