Dismissive and rude. Absolutely no customers were in there. They asked us to use their QR code to join the queue. We received a text that we were next. After waiting a bit, a staff member told us that there were other appointments ahead of us, even though she was the one that insisted we sign up and then let us sit there and wait. I said we could wait a bit longer as we felt committed after waiting as long as we already did, and the staff member said that was not possible. This was a little after 3 pm on a Monday. PNC should take note of how staff is treating loyal customers. ~Tanya

Customer service is null. The manager really doesn't come across as even appreciating his job. His customer service is definitely lacking. I would definitely not recommend using this branch. Hoping the other locations are more about serving their customers,and not just showing up to work because they need a paycheck. ~eva

As a client of KeyBank for nearly 2 decades I have had nothing but great experiences with Key! From IRA's, new credit card, to simple transactions they have done it all for me with the highest degree of professionalism and friendliness! I have recently started going to this branch for the past summer and I can't say enough good things about the quality of customer service at this branch! Mary Wilson, Lauren Knight and Michelle make such a great team and are truly awesome people! ~Brett
