5 Best convenience store in Sandusky, Ohio (OH) 2024

Just another Dollar General Store in another location. Pretty convenient location for the Westside of Sandusky. Easy in and out location, with good parking. Friendly staff. 🙂 Up Dated Review: Have you seen the photos that Dollar General posted on this site? They look nothing like the inside or the outside of this store. Manager is a rude person who is more interested in her personal phone call than taking care of her customers. Also, NOTHING is put away. You have to move carts full of product waiting to be put on shelves. When I said something, the female dosvustin6person FOLLOWED ME put of the store to argue with me. Very professional of her (sarcasm). ~Monica

I go to the store in Sandusky on Cleveland Road all the time and I have to say it's always a great experience. Everyone is so nice and courteous especially Joe. He is by far one of the best employees you can ever come across. Anything you need he and the rest of the staff are there to help as best as they can. They always go above and beyond to make your day even better. Overall the staff here is the best in town and I highly recommend this place to all the locals and tourists who come over in the summer ~Spencer

I just 30 $40 in the ATM there I called back, on what I thought was a super long shot, but Heather answered the phone and I explain to her that I took out 100 but when I just counted my money there was only 60 so I must’ve grabbed the money before the ATM was done spitting it out… Surprisingly and refreshingly she was honest and said come and get it it’s in my hand honey. I told her I was going to give her 10 Dollars for her being so nice and honest and she refused to take my money. When I was in there with drawling my money from the ATM I heard her greeting customers at the window and it specifically stood out in my mind how nice and cheerful she was this is the best gas station and Sandusky and the owners should consider making Heather a manager if she’s not ~Max
