My 2020 Infinity went in for a interior / exterior detail. Interior was overly dressed and greasy. Found missed crumbs and dirt under the seats. Exterior buff looked hazy and was unable to work out light swirls. Price and pick up times changed 3 times per his convenience ~Mike

The service person was very nice and arrive on time. He did his assessment and informed us the product could not be repaired. He said he would be in the paperwork and we would hear back from customer service. We did but not satisfied with them. They gave us 3 options for replacement and we picked the option they suggested. We then an email stating the product they suggested is no longer available and that we would be sent a check. they should not suggest something if it is no longer available. We now have to go out and find a replacement ourselves but have to pick from certain brands in order for our warrant to stay valid. Not acceptable on my part. ~Christine

Store manager Mike always takes good care of me. He makes sure im in and out quickly, tells me what I need, and more importantly, what I DON'T need. Its a little farther from my home, but it's worth it for an honest mechanic. Recommend. 👍 ~Terence

First time here. The taste of the shrimp tacos was great. The burritos were good. The azteca was a mess but good. Packaging the food needs work but overall average. Bill was 60.00 for two people. Kinda steep for Mexican food since it's everywhere. ~A

My phone broke. I went to the ATT store to replace it. It took the guy half an hour to deal with the first customer. Then there was another customer in front of me. It began to sound like this would take another half hour, so I left. I went back the next day, browsed the phones displayed for sale, gave the clerk my account information, and told her which model I wanted to purchase. She informed they do not sell phones for purchase, they only finance them for purchase. In the past I would simply buy the phone at the ATT store when the previous one broke. I tried to wrap my head around this new concept. The ATT Store is a store…that sells phones….only they do not sell phones…but they display the phone models for sale….which they no longer sell….they Finance. The clerk sounded kind of ditzy so it felt like a good idea to leave as soon as possible. I am not sure how ATT Stores came up with this new business strategy. Somebody deserves the opposite of a medal. ~Ryan
