If I could give this store 0stars I would. The managers and whole crew are so rude. If they are not making money off of you they won't treat you like a customer. Manager Milani is one of the rudest people I've ever talked to! Horrible customer service! Don't understand how she is a manger with phone adequate like that. Horrible

My phone broke. I went to the ATT store to replace it. It took the guy half an hour to deal with the first customer. Then there was another customer in front of me. It began to sound like this would take another half hour, so I left. I went back the next day, browsed the phones displayed for sale, gave the clerk my account information, and told her which model I wanted to purchase. She informed they do not sell phones for purchase, they only finance them for purchase. In the past I would simply buy the phone at the ATT store when the previous one broke. I tried to wrap my head around this new concept. The ATT Store is a store…that sells phones….only they do not sell phones…but they display the phone models for sale….which they no longer sell….they Finance. The clerk sounded kind of ditzy so it felt like a good idea to leave as soon as possible. I am not sure how ATT Stores came up with this new business strategy. Somebody deserves the opposite of a medal.

Getting a new phone is always a painful, time consuming process. I took a chance, based on good reviews, and went to the Seven Hills AT&T store near me. Joe was extremely helpful in helping me select a phone, researched what would be the best deal for me as an existing customer, transferred all my data to the new phone, and I was out of there in about an hour. Not the usual painful process! Highly recommend this store!

I came in today to look into upgrading my phone after holding off for a few months, and was pleasantly surprised to find even better promotions going on than the last time. Joe was very adamant about working out upgrades and moving things around with my plan to get me the best deal possible. He didn't really have to do that, but ended up saving me a bunch of money per bill on top of getting the newest Samsung flagship, expanded data, and answering every one of my questions. This was definitely a great experience, and I would recommend visiting Joe and the team in Seven Hills anytime you have concerns about your account or are thinking of an upgrade, or thinking of switching to AT&T. I've been a customer for near 20 years now, and this was one of the best experiences yet.

If it was possible to leave zero stars, I would. Their store manager activated our phones on someone else’s account! Then, we were told we can’t open an account because someone else used my husbands social and opened an account in their name and they racked up $8,000 in charges. Called the fraud department and were basically told too bad. So we called the credit agencies and reported it as fraudulent activity. They agreed and removed it from his credit report. ATT refuses to remove it. The manager then said oh we can override it come in. Then when we got there refused to let us leave the store until she had our phones or be charged with theft. So now, we have no phones, and can’t even port our numbers over because they’re on someone else’s account and you need their information to port numbers over. We tell her we can’t have our numbers so she then gives us the account owners personal information with account number, account pin, etc. without the account owners permission. She’s screwing people over to save her job and cover up her mistakes.

This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Sales associate was David C. Store had very little stock, David said corporate told them to try and sell what they had, no phones on display. David offered a phone and I asked to see it. He told me I could see it after I bought it, he can't open the box. I bought the phone as my old phone was on it's last legs. I asked David to transfer my data from old phone to new one, he seemed bothered that he had to help me, constantly sighing! had to ask for receipt, no offer to ask if I understood phone. Was rude to another man that came in. Man was having problems with phone, associate said "well it's old, they don't last forever", very snotty & condescending. Man said he would go to Verizon and take his account there. Associate said "do what you gotta do". Never asked if I wanted warranty on phone. Worst customer service EVER!! associate name is David C. My opinion is he should be fired immediately! I won't go back!!

Avoid this location if you can. Three bad experiences here.. most recently, the ditzy manager didn't explain trade-in processes at all, just said they would "take care of it". Sent my trade-in to the wrong location and I was charged for not returning my old phone to Samsung - now there's "nothing they can do about it" and I have to eat the cost. The children running this place don't care about the customers and would rather cop attitudes than actually help people or do their jobs correctly.

The manager was very helpful. He reviewed my family’s plan and saves me $40 a month. He was very friendly and extremely accommodating to myself and my son.

I had a billing issue where I wasn’t getting credited the correct amount for 2 of my devices. The young man Dave was a huge help on getting my credits to be the correct amount on my account. Manager Nour was very pleasant and helpful as well.

Conclusion: Ask to work with Bryan and you won't be disappointed. The reviews for this AT&T retailer so far seem very polarized. Either customers loved their experiences (and products) or they hated them. In my own experiences, I can say that I empathize with both groups. I had a poor first few experiences with this location, and it took many trips across several months to undo the plans and services that I was paying for and that were never explained to me and that I never desired to have in the first place. By far the most helpful member was Bryan. Whenever I dealt with Bryan, he was very professional, reasonable, and open to what I had to say. He settled every issue that arose and made good on each one in an efficient way. He is extremely customer-oriented and operates with the standard that you should treat others the way that you want to be treated. Bryan is a first-rate manager and, as long as he stays where he is, I don't see why I would have any reason to switch cellular providers or retail sites. It's hard to find this quality of service out there.
